At the SportsClub we provide the extras that encourage you to work out
regularly. Child care is offered seven days a week so you can plan to work
out on your schedule, not ours. Massage therapy, social events or a latte
in one of our member lounges are all part of The SportsClub experience and

with the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association
(IHRSA), allows The SportsClub members to workout virtually anywhere
in the world, with over 2,400 clubs in 52 countries, often at no cost. As
members of IHRSA we consider it our mission to enhance the quality of
human life through physical fitness and sports. To this end, we endeavor
to provide quality facilities, programs and instruction.

Personal training programs can be designed to meet individual needs from
weight management to training for a marathon. Aerobic and aquatic classes
designed for all ages groups encompass the needs of beginners to advanced
participants.
Our racquetball, squash and tennis pros offer
clinics, group and individual lessons, tournaments, mixers, leagues and
more for the casual to the serious player. Gym and pool areas create
opportunities for individual and family exercise and fun.
